Troubleshooting POPA
If you're experiencing issues with POPA, here's some troubleshooting tips and things to try. If you still need help check out our support site or email support@beephq.com
Fitting POPA
POPA has to fit a certain way on the iPhone so it's a nice secure fit. The photos below show how the black plastic lip should sit above the phone when it's fitted correctly. Make sure it's pushed in all the way - when it's in correctly POPA will feel nice and secure.
Downloading the app
When you push POPA onto the iPhone for the first time you'll be prompted to download the POPA app from the App Store. Download and install it on your iPhone. POPA should then be ready and working.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app - check for updates using the updates tab in the App Store and follow our Twitter feed for latest news.
Attaching POPA doesn't launch the app
Make sure it's fitted exactly right using the photos above as reference. If it still doesn't launch the app (after downloading it and you're running iOS 4.2 or above) then please email support@beephq.com
Button doesn't fire
Unplug POPA and reconnect it, making sure it's fitted correctly as per the photos above. Also try quitting the app and restarting it, then reconnect POPA.
